need Brauereigasthof not too far out of Bamberg

Did you see the recommendations given in response to your first request below? The problem is there are many to choose from. I suggest you start by looking at Fred's listings for breweries by city (http://www.franconiabeerguide.com/cities.asp), specifically the towns of Buttenheim (20 min. walk from the train), Hirschaid, Forchheim, Scheßlitz (bus), Merkendorf (bus)...some outstanding places lie north and west of Bamberg as well.
