| It is owned by the monastery, but like just about all monastic breweries these days there are secular workers -- not enough people want to be monks these days :) I seem to remember they have only one beer (a dunkel). I thought it was very, very good but part of that may be the situation -- you are the top of a hill, surrounded by a forest and the weather was great that day.
