Hellerbock im Winter

One of my favourites might be the bock from Brauerei Heller in Bamberg. It is not really "hell" in color, and better known as Schlenkerla Ur-Bock. Both Keesmann and Mahr do quite a nice bock, "hell" in colour IIRC. By the way, talking about Bamberg bockbeers: Bambergator is this month's "beer of the month" in the dutch ABT Cafes (which means it is available on draught in the ABT cafes).
