Any info on Pegnitz?

Many thanks for this. The tourist link on http://www.pegnitz.de tells one that the Pegnitzquelle (the Source of the Pegnitz), a Karst Spring (Karstquelle), is in the centre of Pegnitz; it is behind the Zaußenmühle, at Bayreuther Strasse 3, a pub housed in a mill named after a former owner, Hans Zauß. There is a good photo of the Source on the site. I've found this link on the site you give, and it has yielded some possibles, but googling does not yield opening times.
