REAL Monastery Breweries in Germany

Klosterbrauerei Mallersdorf is indeed too a monastic brewery. Kreuzberg is owned by monks, but I happen to know that the brewing is done by a secular (it used to be for some time a Manuel Tarrago, who now runs the Hof Aspich brewpub in Lahnstein near Koblenz). Other Klosterbrauereien I can think of with some monastic link (not necessarily franconian or even bavarian): Klosterbrauerei Ettal Klosterbrauhaus Ursberg (brewpub, owned by St Josefskongregation) I'm not too sure about Abteibauerei Mettlach, I know it is located in a (former?) monastery, I have some doubts however if it is still really monastic. Maybe MarcusM could clarify, it is not that far from where he lives.
