I got Frank's CD a year ago and it has helped me a great deal in trip planning. When surfing the CD you need to use Internet Explorer and allow Active-X controls. Ruhetage (closing days) are carefully listed as well as the sometimes tricky opening times. Missing: vacation closing information. What would have been neat is a spreadsheet version that you could copy to a PDA and bring along. Frank agreed but explained that he had not had the time. The CD is too unstructured to allow easy conversion to a structured database. Combine it with the GPS waypoint and other information in this guide and you will be extremely well prepared.
