Appendorf Friday night |

| During my upcoming long weekend in Bamberg I'd like to visit (among other places) Sippel in Baunach and Friday night's music entertainment at Fößel in Appendorf. Apparently, I need to take a late walk from Fößel to the train station in Baunach in order to get back to Bamberg by the last train at 22:38. That is ok. My preferred mode of transport is Schusters Rappen, i.e. my feet. But now I need some advice. I have worked out a walking itinerary Bamberg - Kemmern - Breitengüßbach - Baunach - Appendorf - Baunach, total about 22 km with a number of refreshment stops, but I don't quite like the backtracking Baunach-Appendorf. Would the entertainment schedule let me leave Fößel early enough to visit Sippel on the way to the station? In that case I might walk Bamberg - Dörfleins - Appendorf - Baunach. Would Dörfleins outweigh Kemmern + Breitengüßbach?. Which route is the nicest? This is about Friday September 8 by the way, in case someone else will be around.
