Sandkerwa: Followup

Stegaurach used to be known for Brauerei Krug, but that's been gone for years, as has Erlau's Kiessling and Trabelsdorf's Schlossbrauerei. A lot of nifty little country breweries have gone by the wayside out there in the Steigerwald. :-( The new Hausbräu place in Erlau is a rather "shoestring" affair; the most reliable place to get its beers is in Bamberg, one of the Sandstrasse pubs (drawing a bland ATM). The guy who owns Hausbräu also has a business making signs (I think!).
