Usually transportation follows the Sunday schedule on holidays. Many pubs and breweries will also follow their sunday schedule -- which can mean they are closed or even open for longer hours. When reading openning times in German you usually see "Sonntags und Feiertags ..." (Sundays and Holidays ...)
