Fränkisches Pils

It was not that it was a great Franconian (or German) Pils but the only Franconian beer named "Pils" that was close to what a "true" (i.e. Bohemian) Pils is. I've only been there once and need more research before I can agree or disagree with what some folks with more expertise than I have said :) Anyway, its Brauerei Bräutigam in Weisbrunn.
