If you are looking for posh accomodations and are willing to pay for them, then you are not going to find them at a brewery hotel. Those are not luxury hotels. Take a look at the Bamberg Tourism web site: http://www.bamberg.info/www_tks/Bamberg_eng_touristinformation_295_121_7_f.htm Also take a look at the http://www.bahn.de/ web site for hotel choices.
