all the malts yeasts etc needed to try to emulate your favourite beers are available mail order in the uk and the US i have been brewing for more years than i care to remember and have found that a good part of the fun of it is the experimentation it is unlikely that you {Or I!} will brew a truly close copy of these classic beers . but go for it!its great drinking the fruits of your labour.
