Home brewing: Franconian beer styles

I can't really comment, as I've not brewed in years and never did brew a lager, other than to quibble about the idea of "Kellerbier" as a sort of style. It's really just a name for beer served at a keller: they can vary ALL OVER the map. Have fun experimenting though!
