St Georgen pub near Cafe Abseits |

| Cafe Abseits on Podeldorfer str. (behind the train station) is always worth a visit. They usually have a few "out of town" beers on draught -- I recall the Huppendorfer Vollbier was outstanding on my last visit. There is also a St GeorgenBrau "locals" pub on the corner of Podeldorfer str. I have been there twice but never seen more than 4 people in it! Nice kellerbier. Anyone know the name of this pub? Drei Geld Kronen or similar? PS: there is another, very similar, St Georgen pub on the Regensburger Ring. Walk the length of Sandstr. and turn right at Lewinskys (anyone been in there?!) across the bridge. Mike |
