Some you can get to by bus, or close to if you don't mind a walk of a few KM. Of the top of my head... Kemmer, Freudeneck, Mönchsambach and Geisfeld (with a walk). Weisbrunn and Priesendorf with a little work. But I did all the research on this a while back so bus times may have changed and in many cases you have only one choice of going and/or coming.
