Mike, if you are in the UK you can order the book from CAMRA (http://www.camra.org.uk ). If in the US you can get it from the shop on this site. There also were copies for sale at the Tourist Office in Bamberg (John -- are there still copies there?) That being said, I don't mind the questions, it helps keep this board a little more active. Its much better than going for two weeks with no posts :)
