Brewery lodgings: English spoken?

In the last week or so, I emailed both Spezial and Faessla (in English) asking about room availability for the end of September. Both answered within one day (in English). They did not have rooms on the days I was interested in, but I think booking a room would not have been difficult had there been availability.
