Maisel Brewery Museum

Trying to get some specific info on the Maisel brewery Museum. Will be in Bayreuth on Sept 15th and would like to tour. We are planing on staying at the Gasthof Herzog. Anyone know what time(s) the tours take place and can you get an English speaking tour if there are only two people in your party? Any info info will help. Thanks
