Accommodation in or around Bamberg

Hi Congrats on a great site! My other half and I (+ 2 beer loving mates) have travelled to Germany (& Prague) on numerous occasions in search of the perfect beer! Our next trip is planned for September flying in to Berlin on 17/9 for an overnight stay. We had planned to get the train down to Bamberg for 4 nights with a final night in Würzburg before flying back to London from Nürnberg on 23/9. So far we've found it impossible to find accommodation available in Bamberg for this period - Any suggestions would be much appreciated
