Rauchenfels

The brewery has ceased to be indeed, some 8 (or even more?) years ago. The Rauchenfels beers (not to be confused with Rauchbier - Rauchenfels does *not* produce a Rauchbeer) are now brewed in Marktoberdorf. When I was at the brewery some time in the 90's, there was a heap of stones in an iron basket (as featured in Michael Jackson's TV-series the Beer Hunter) but they looked like thay had not been used for a long time however...
