| Very odd for Americans since in the US people in public places have no right to privacy. A photographer can take photos of kids in playgrounds legally, though an angry mob might take the law into their own hands in such a case. Over the years in Germany I have taken many photos and never had anyone accost me regarding privacy laws. Have the laws changed in Germany in recent years? |
