Hope to see one day a more European focused version of the Brewery History journal. There are some very good pieces on among german breweries and brewing though. (ie: http://breweryhistory.com/journal/archive/123/Architecture.pdf) Brewing architecture and layout is certaintly worth to look at more to understand local beer brewing cultures. There are quite a few articles (Ctrl + F "architecture") at Brewery History (http://breweryhistory.com/journal/archive/journalcontents.html) The coolship: Put it back to use! |
