1.  OOPS.  The "second" brauhaus was some kind of mistake in a Google "My Map" I am compiling.  I must have created or copied it there. 2. I think I read that Zoigl is not a "protected" word, like Burgundy other area-specific terms protected by the courts.  I think Oberpfalzisch tried and failed; so anyone can legally call their brewery "Zoigl", regardless of details.  (In America, I think it is legal to call a Pilsener a Porter, if someone wanted to!)
