| I've been told to explore into French Flanders when we've planned short stays in Poperinge or Ieper. Never done it yet though. Maybe someday as a bike tour if we're there in cooperative weather. Otherwise, never heard of this one, but then I wouldn't necessarily have. Did enjoy a number of fine blonde Belgian beers in Antwerp the week before Xmas. And Happy New Year, though, yes, it's been a week already. Sadly, it snowed here on Monday, BEFORE the fireworks detritus got cleaned up, so as it melts, it will leave us with a lovely slush of crap all over the place. |
