OT: Zoigl Splurge

Interesting that the topic of the Hefener has now been discussed by Matthias Trum (Braumeister at Schlenkerla, for those keeping score at home) and two Portland beer geeks, as I recall having first read of it at Jeff Alworth's Beervana blog. Oh, wait, sorry, I'm not allowed to call Jeff a "beer geek", despite what he does for a living -- writing books about beer and all that geeky internet stuff. I think he prefers to be called a "nerd".

I shall have to read your new work, Barry.
