Yes, it is rather confusing. I have found the Schwanenbräu in Burgebrach as seen on the label of the beer: http://www.schwanawirt.de/wegbeschreibung/

To confuse myself further, I have been to another beer place with the word "Schwanen" in their name. Found it now: http://www.schwanen-es.de/

Another popular word is "Hirsch" in the name. But what is the significance of Schwan(en)?
