Hi Mark, so I understand but why? Is it simply a financial matter? To my mind,if a pub manager can't manage the simple demands of mintaining a fresh supply ofgood c-cbeer, s/he shouldn't be in the job. Is it the demand for many different beers in one bar? Many UK pubs now serve up to 10 different beers - something I didn't think was possible previously but they seem to manage it adequately nowadays. |
