Thanks again for the interesting background, Gerhard! Indeed I am curious about the authentic Wiener Schnitzel at Ö3. Here is a link to the various contestants. "Steckbrief" is the link for each one's information. I suppose they thought "Bamberg" was more interesting than "Oberfranken"? Or maybe they forgot to change the name?
