Why go to the trouble of making four batches dry hopped when you can just show bags of four different hops and get the same aroma?  I'd be more interested in late boiled isomerized hop aroma than just dry hopping beers, but I guess that hasn't caught on yet.

I agree a wiessbier is a pretty ridiculous way to show off hops, who made that decision?  I actually didn't make it to Brau Beviale this year since I was mostly way north of Nuremberg that week.
