Braureigasthof close to Bamberg

Hey Guys.

Driving from Fulda and will be around Bamberg 12 o clock on a weekday next week? Where can I eat lunch and at the same time have some fresh hoppy well brewed German beer? (Brewery/brewpub prefered ) Checked some places already ( Main Seidla, etc), but it looks as lots arent opening before 15-16 ish.
