You can find the opening times of the brewery/brewpub Binkert at their website www.mainseidla.de It's a littlbe bit difficult to find these times. You have to scroll down the page. I have told them to change this (the opening times shall be part of the first view (top of the page), but they haven't change this. For the Pension Karin / brewery Hümmer I recommend You to call before Your visit. http://pensionkarin.de/ http://pensionkarin.de/unsere-brauerei/ phone: 09544 94880 and ask, if the brewer will be there and have time for You. He's very friendly, but cannot be there around the clock.
