| It's not so far and possibly not so good at this time but the walk from Hallstadt is really nice. Bus/train to Hallstadt, beer in Goldenen Löwen (or even Fässla stube) and, if open, Buttenheim keller. Walk across R. Main to Dörfleins (Eichorn); call in at Diller keller and walk through woods to Kemmern. If Diller closed, walk back across Main bridge, turn left down cycle track to Kemmern and Wagner, plus a quite nice stube that sells a variety of beer (inc Schlenkerla, Reckendorf). Then walk on to Breitengusbach, now the new brewery is open. Train back to Bamberg from there. I guess that you could extend this walk to Baunach or Ebing but I never done this. |
