Ah, so Norbert teaches Deutsch. This explains how well the Brauer aus Oz has learnt his. Biersensoriker though? I'm still a bit skeptical of someone who recommends swigging Hölzlein Lager directly from the bottle! ;) I didn't look too deeply into the website, is there a list of beers?
