Pelletised Hops Are also Dried

I dunno (and I don't think anyone else does either from the correspondence) what further processing is carried out in the pelletising process.

So, next step in all this seems to be a visit to a hop processing plant, which shouldn't be too difficult as Hallertauer is not far away from you. Give it a go and report back, should be a good day out for you 3.
