Walk from Pferdsfeld to Loffeld-Stublang-Bad Staffelstein.

Im trying to work out a walking route from Ebensfeld to Bad Staffelstein region via Pferdsfeld and then to Loffeld and Stublang. Trying to plan it to coincide with opening times of various places. Saturday 1st June. Train from Bamberg 11.12 to Ebensfeld 11.25. Walk to Pferdsfeld Brauerei Leicht. Walk from there to Loffeld then to Stublang. Cant do the Metzger brau in Uetzing as it shuts at 13.00 and would be pushed for time! Looking to get the train back from Bad Staffelstein around 21.00. So what breweries should I look to visit after Stublang? and which ones would you avoid? And in what order? Bloody hell this is confusing.
