Sorry to disagree but I was really disappointed with both the stube and the keller when we visited last year. Yes, the keller beer was served BA but it was absolutely polluted with CO2 and also tasted quite old. I suspect that it was a oldish half barrel that had been topped up with CO2 to keep it going - but it wasn't nice. If I remember correctly, Nick visited the week after and reported that the beer was on good form, so this could have been a momentary abberation. As for the stube, lovely place, very quaint and a friendly and hospitable couple but the vollbier was average to say the least. Certainly not served BA and, again, very gassy. Not a patch on any of the places you took us to!
