De Struise Brouwers do not have their beers contract brewed, unless you count occasional collaboration beers as "contract brewing". They brew it themselves just like other "Gypsy Brewers". They don't own the building where they brew most of their beer, but they brew it themselves or under their supervision. Btw, I have visited their facilities and the brewery in Belgium.
