Franken holiday locations

Ebermannstadt does seem like a nice choice. I hadn't stayed there before but intended to the last time and did a fair amount of looking into. It looks easy to get to by rail plenty of brewery/bier keller options within reach. Another thought I had is Weissenburg. It looks like it's got some good accomodation options and good beer and can be reached by rail from Nurnberg. I've tossed around staying here in May for a night vs. Regensburg and have opted for Regensburg this time but Weissenburg looks interesting.
