When we flee the metropolis of Erlangen to someplace with more reasonable property prices sometime in the future, we will have a separate building built for a pico- or nanobrewery. I assume a brewing facility *in* a residential house can not be licensed to sell its products; the Brauhaus must be in a seperate building...right? [begin_SprachtrainerMode "will have a building built" == "werde ein (Neben)Gebäude bauen lassen" -- not that *Jürgen* needs this, but someone else might not be familiar with this bit of grammar difference end_SprachtrainerMode]
