Sticke Warriors?

I will arrive in Bamberg ahead of the other Warriors, so I will have other options for days to visit Roppelt. Is the Karpfen only on Friday, or is that just the "fresh oil day"? Also, up on the Kreuzberg, I assume only Friedels is open in December?
