Keller life

That's the point that critics of the place don't like: it's "too large and modern" to fit the scheme of a "traditional country Bierkeller". And I have to say they're correct -- it doesn't really fit. But I still like it anyway. The critics say they should've simply renovated the old house or built a copy of it. Since they brew 2.8% abv summer beers using various grains, maybe I can convince them to brew a 2.8% one using lots of hops and ale yeast? I'd even provide the hops. For a discount on the beer, anyway.
