Shame about your experience with Aufseß as i was leaning towards visiting this one purely down to the consistently good ratings (86) of their Bock on ratebeer. I will take note of Wagner being heaving as I would like it a little more subdued and was thinking maybe a smaller less accsessible brewery might be a little quieter although i assume every Bockbieranstich attracts a fairly large gathering than normal.
