< http://www.bierfranken.eu/biergarten-detail.php?id=102 > says St. Georgenbräu is open from 11 on Tue & Sun, 14.00 the other days....only in "nice weather" tough. < http://www.bierfranken.eu/biergarten-detail.php?id=101 > suggests it's closed Tue & Wed, otherwise from 11.00 or 10.00 on Sundays. To be absolutely certain, call before heading out.
