Tom Perera

The only information I have that it was liver and kidney failure, but that can be brought on by many things. His son ("Hobie") was about to leave on a six month backpacking trip, so a memorial will be planned for next year. I had a few beers with him at Uerige as I came thru in June. He looked the same as ever. Django Bijlsma (deciBeer at hotmail dot com ) seems to be co-ordinating things with his beer friends.
