| Check Mahr's in Bamberg and Göller in Zeil am Main if you want a couple of examples of pretty good Weissbier in Franconia. Even Radeberger-industro-group-component brewer Tucher produces adequate by-the-book Weissbier. Bayreuth's Maisel does quite a credible job with its wheat beer range as well. |
