| There are two breweries in Reckendorf, the Schlossbrauerei (the one you're thinking of) and Schroll. Schroll is by far the smaller of the two, annual production of 2800 hl; the Schlossbrauerei produces 25000 hl annually - that's the US-equivalent of 21300 barrels. That's not exactly an industrial-sized brewery, is it? They are more commercially-minded, though, and have managed to get their product in at several places in the region, primarily in Bamberg county. |
