New brewery project in Lichtenfels

Interesting: an old slaughter/butcher's shop and guestroom to be turned into a brewpub, brewery located in the middle of the pub, brewing beer for on-site consumption. Should open in a year. I wonder what would happen if someone sneaked in on brewing day and dumped a couple pounds of hops in the kettle when no one was looking...
