Uh-huh, that *is* interesting. How'd you stumble across (*) this? Would like to try that very much, I've only had Bruckmüller a couple of times years ago in an Erlanger pub, thought they were OK. The Heller Brauerei in Herzogenaurach http://www.bierfranken.eu/brauerei-detail.php?id=242 do a Dunkel, which IIRC is at least unfiltered, if not Flaschenvergoren (?? bottle fermented), but I see nothing about this at the bierfranken webbie. Note the odd opening hours of the Gaststätte; this is in large part why I've never made it there in 7 years of living a 40 minute bike ride away. Well that and I just never think of the place. Must rectify this. (* http://www.dict.cc/deutsch-englisch/auf+etw+sto%C3%9Fen.html ) |
