A show about brewing will be repeated Saturday at 17.05 on N24 ( http://www.tvtv.de/tvtv/mytvtv/web/programdetails.vm?programmeId=62942041 )which IIRC compares production at Warsteiner with...Hebendanz in Forchheim of all places. Also archived online at http://www.n24.de/news/newsitem_6652438.html?id=1058515&autoplay=true with 15 second advert at the start. Saturday's "Gourmet Travel: Autumn" will feature Franken, with a couple of beery things. ( http://www.tvtv.de/tvtv/mytvtv/web/programdetails.vm?programmeId=62890709 ) It's not Franconian, but there's a show about Gotland (Sweden) where they brew their own Rauchbier next week ( http://www.tvtv.de/tvtv/mytvtv/web/programdetails.vm?programmeId=63370356 ).
