As Fred says, always call first! Uehlfelder Kerwa

According to one page of Br. Zwanzger's website ( http://www.brauerei-gasthof-zwanzger.de/home.html ) the Kirchweih was to run until today. I've got the day off, and thought I'd take the bus to Höchstadt and walk the 7.5km to the Gaststätte and have lunch and Festbier there. Then I thought I'd better call first. Sure enough, their answering machine says they're not open until 16.00 today, and digging around a bit further on their website reveals that the Kerwa actually ended yesterday: http://www.brauerei-gasthof-zwanzger.de/aktuelles.html . I suppose they need the morning off today. So maybe Thursday. Anyone else? I'll call this afternoon and confirm whether they still have Festbier. They did have Festbier left over when I was there after the Kerwa a few years ago.
